Fish Pond Trading Group provides educational content and community services related to futures, commodities, and equities trading. Our services include the Virtual Trading Floor (VTF), real-time text and voice communication, market commentary, Pro Trader Development, the Professional Trader Toolkit, and Elite Mentorship.
All services are educational and informational in nature. We do not provide personalised investment advice, trade signals, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Certain services require registration through third-party platforms, including Whop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person. Sharing access may result in immediate termination without refund.
Fish Pond Trading Group is an educational community. We are NOT a signal service, advisory service, or investment manager. We do not tell you when to buy or sell, what positions to take, or how to allocate capital.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and bear full responsibility for any profits or losses that result from your trading activity.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers including Whop and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of those third-party processors in addition to our terms.
Subscription services, including the Virtual Trading Floor, are billed on a recurring basis monthly or annually according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
The Virtual Trading Floor may offer a 7-day free trial period for new subscribers. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will activate and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
This policy applies to all products and services including Virtual Trading Floor subscriptions, Pro Trader Development, the Professional Trader Toolkit, and Elite Mentorship.
For subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
All content provided through Fish Pond Trading Group services, including videos, educational materials, spreadsheets, methodologies, market commentary, and website content, is the intellectual property of Fish Pond Trading Group.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, download, store, screen-record, redistribute, or transmit our content without prior written consent.
When using the Virtual Trading Floor and community services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.
You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten others; solicit trade signals; share proprietary content outside the community; promote competing services without permission; or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or profitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fish Pond Trading Group, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, loss of profits, trading losses, or financial losses resulting from your use of our services or content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fish Pond Trading Group, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
