Fish Pond Trading Group provides educational content and community services related to futures, commodities, and equities trading. Our services include:
The Virtual Trading Floor (VTF) - a live online community with daily market preparation, real-time text and voice communication, and market commentary; the Pro Trader Development program - a structured video-based educational course; the Professional Trader Toolkit - a suite of live spreadsheets delivered daily; and the Elite Mentorship program - personalised one-on-one coaching and training.
All services are educational and informational in nature. We do not provide personalised investment advice, trade signals, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Certain services require registration through our third-party platforms (including Whop). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Access credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Sharing login credentials or providing access to non-paying individuals is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Fish Pond Trading Group is an educational community. We are NOT a signal service, advisory service, or investment manager. We do not tell you when to buy or sell, what positions to take, or how to allocate your capital. Any market commentary, analysis, or discussion within the Virtual Trading Floor or educational materials represents the opinions and educational perspectives of the individuals involved and does not constitute personalised investment advice.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and bear full responsibility for any profits or losses that result from your trading activity.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers including Whop and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and conditions of these third-party processors in addition to our own terms.
Subscription services (Virtual Trading Floor) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.
The Virtual Trading Floor may offer a 7-day free trial period for new subscribers. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will be activated and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided for any product or service.
This policy applies to all products and services including but not limited to Virtual Trading Floor subscriptions (monthly and annual), the Pro Trader Development program, the Professional Trader Toolkit, and the Elite Mentorship program.
Because our services provide immediate access to educational content, digital materials, and live community resources, the value of the service is delivered upon access. We encourage you to review all product details, pricing, and terms carefully before making a purchase.
For subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
All content provided through Fish Pond Trading Group services - including but not limited to course videos, educational materials, spreadsheets, methodologies, market commentary, and website content - is the intellectual property of Fish Pond Trading Group and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent. Specifically:
Course videos hosted on Vimeo Pro may not be downloaded, screen-recorded, or redistributed in any form. The Professional Trader Toolkit spreadsheets may not be shared with, forwarded to, or used by non-purchasing individuals. Content from the Virtual Trading Floor may not be recorded, transcribed, or shared externally without permission.
Violation of these intellectual property provisions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may subject you to legal action.
When using the Virtual Trading Floor and community services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. You agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or threaten other members; share or solicit trade signals, specific trade recommendations, or investment advice; promote competing services or products without permission; share proprietary content, strategies, or materials outside the community; engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment; or use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards at our sole discretion, without refund.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, educational materials, or information provided through our services. Trading strategies, methodologies, and techniques discussed are for educational purposes only and are not guaranteed to produce profitable results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fish Pond Trading Group, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
